Exquisite songs of love, passion and devotion from the visionary medieval Abbess, Hildegard of Bingen, to Francesca Caccini at the 17th century court of the Medici in Italy
Catherine and Frances have enjoyed performing together for many years. Internationally renowned with a broad experience of performing and recording in all genres but particularly in the field of early music, Catherine is a member of Gothic Voices, and Frances, a leading exponent of early harps, works regularly with the Sixteen and the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment. Their duo recital programmes include performances in the Radovljica Festival in Slovenia and in Crickhowell, Abergavenny, Lewes and Hoarwithy.
