We’re all very much looking forward to the Worcester Early Music Festival this weekend. There’s really something for everyone – from Fontanella’s family concert on Saturday, 3pm, to the early music/folk mix of the Emily Askew Band on Sunday afternoon. We are honoured and delighted to be welcoming the wonderful Dame Emma Kirkby with Dowland Works on Saturday evening. The whole thing kicks off with some classic trio sonatas by JS Bach, Telemann and Janitsch from the Musical & Amicable Society with oboist Mark Baigent on Friday evening at Worcester Guildhall.
