Mayday Baroquathon

A new venture for 2017 in collaboration with The Elgar School of Music.  A day of sponsored music making at the Elgar School of Music, consisting of performances of music composed before 1800. On Monday May 1st in the Elgar School of Music (Lumby Room), we invite you to find sponsors to sponsor you to perform any piece(s) of music composed before 1800. We will welcome different sizes of ensemble from solos and duets to small ensembles and choirs. Your family and friends are all welcome to come along and hear you. The day will be timetabled so you can choose what time you’d like to play, and sign up for. All proceeds will be shared between the Elgar School and Worcestershire Early Music.

More information regarding the timetable, will be available after Christmas, but in the meantime have a think about how you can be a part of this exciting new venture, and put the date on your new calendars!
